Bands Confirmed for Siren Festival

I don't know who published it first but six acts have been announced for the annual Siren Festival in Coney Island. Each year the Village Voice throws a free concert for us lucky New Yorkers to see bands like Spoon and Death Cab for Cutie. This year's show will be held on July 15th whether it is sunny or rainy.
