40. Grizzly Bear - "Two Weeks"; If I were doing a video list the video for this song would definitely be high up on that. But videos even great ones rely on the songs to get the point across and this song is amazing. The harmonies, the intricate sounds, the emotions, it has it all in my mind and definitely is one of the top songs of this decade.
39. Hercules & Love Affair - "Blind"; Never thought I would fall for the temptations of disco music, but then Hercules & Love Affair went and modernized the whole genre with an even fuller range of sounds to dance to. Oh, and no one has a better voice than Antony Hegarty.
38. Missy Elliott - "Get UR Freak On"; Please don't even front like this isn't one of your favorite songs too. Missy Elliott has been amazing at releasing singles throughout her career and thanks to Timbaland and her trance like delivery you just don't get much better than this.
37. Outkast - "Ms. Jackson"; Earnest appeal of a baby's daddy trying to explain that what he's doing is right for his seed even if it's not right for his ex. This is a touching song to the point where it almost makes you feel like you've walked a mile in their shoes.
36. Justice - "D.A.N.C.E."; If you use the singing of kids in your song it is almost guaranteed to be a hit! It helps that Justice channeled their innermost Daft Punk for this tune and really hit it out of the ballpark with a dance floor mainstay.
35. Annie - "Heartbeat"; When Annie released Anniemal she spent most of her time melting hearts courtesy of her beauty and beautiful voice. This tune in particular is immediately dance worthy and adorable in every way. Try not to move about when this comes on, you just can't do it.
34. Panda Bear - "Bros"; At more than 12-minutes long this is one of the longest songs to make the list, but after countless listens it still sounds a lot shorter than it really is. The infectious pop sounds and looping harmonies make it feel like your standard 3-minute pop song, but it goes well beyond the normal droning on and showing more changes and layers than any other pop song would dare.
33. Beyonce (feat. Jay-Z) - "Crazy In Love"; Following the demise of the wildly successful Destiny's Child, Beyonce went out and became a superstar all on her own. With her boyfriend lending a hand with a stellar verse, Beyonce holds it down with this ode to the madness of love. It's anthemic, bigger than life, and fully fitting of her superstar status.
32. Daft Punk - "One More Time"; I couldn't in good conscience allow Justice to be the highest rated Parisians on this list when they owe everything to Daft Punk. Daft Punk have defined the electropop sounds for more than a decade now and "One More Time" is one of those songs that will get the dance floor bumping every time it plays.
31. Jay-Z - "IZZO (H.O.V.A.)"; Jay-Z has had a lot of fantastic singles throughout his career and "IZZO (H.O.V.A.)" is definitely up amongst his best. It's a celebration of the man's career and style, it's boastful, brash, and unbelievably catchy. "That's the anthem, get your damn hands up!"
